Begin by focusing on the breath, gently breathing in, gently breathing out, breathe in the love that Creator has for you, let it fill you breathe out your gratitude for that love swim in your gratitude for that love stay with the breath for 5 minutes do this twice a day slowly building up to 30 min. twice a day
